Your work is on record
Every submission you make is stamped. Nobody can claim it later.
Two agencies sent her. One day apart. She joined, and both sent an invoice. In most companies this ends in a week of emails. In Talent Nivo it ends with one look at the record.
Both agencies did real work. Only one can be paid. Without a record, the loudest email wins, and a partner walks away unhappy.
Both sides sign the fee terms, and each version is kept. The company sets how long an agency owns a candidate it sent (90 days unless you change it).
The company opens specific jobs to the agency. Nothing else is visible.
The system records the time. A second submission of the same person, matched by email, phone or ID, is marked as a duplicate.
Joining is confirmed in the same system.
At the agreed fee, recording which version of the terms priced it. Then approved, paid or disputed.
Ownership in Talent Nivo is first-submitter only. Some agreements look at which agency actually caused the hire. Treat the record as evidence for your own terms, not as legal advice.
No more “we sent her first”.
the stamp already says who did
Every submission you make is stamped. Nobody can claim it later.
A person who has already joined you can't be submitted again by any agency, and a direct applicant who also came through an agency is flagged before approval.
Invoices are raised at the agreed fee, with clear states: approved, paid or disputed.
Every agency measured the same way, from what happened on your roles: hires, time to fill, and how many of its submissions became hires. Pick a column to see what it measures.
