A follow-up or a return call can become a task in the recruiter's Action Inbox. Making the call closes it. Not every phone action becomes a task, so the inbox stays a list of work still to do.
Where the phone is set up to record, the recording is attached to the call. The app checks the phone first and tells the recruiter what to fix, instead of promising a file it can't deliver. Recording depends on the phone model.
Agency teams use the same app on their own candidates, and see their own Call Activity.

Agree a time with a candidate and book it on their page. It shows on the recruiter's phone, and a task for the call lands in their Action Inbox.
The phone's Calls tab is a day-by-day calendar of scheduled and completed calls. Tap a card and the dialler opens with the number.
When the call is made, the booking and its task close on their own. The candidate's Activity shows the call and the booking behind it.
Call Companion is an Android app; there is no iPhone version yet. Recording uses the phone's own recorder, so it depends on the phone model.
